好域名，你如何才能搞到手？

前些天，法国总统萨科奇夫人布鲁尼开设了一个自己的网站，内容关于她与丈夫在爱丽舍宫的生活及其慈善工作（因为访问量太大曾被挤垮）。其域名是: CarlaBruniSarkozy.org。

像布鲁尼这样把名字作为域名是不错的，尤其是名人，或者名字比较好的人，比如笑来，因为这都是天然的广告语。我每天都要浏览一些独立博客，自然就很关注、评点别人的域名。

我个人观察，大多数独立博客的域名都很一般，为啥还注册它？不过我偶尔也会遇到几个好域名，这些域名大都是英文单词或者组合单词（汉语拼音的不太多），至于域名得后缀则不一，首选的是 .com，.org 和 .cn 也不少。这些所谓的 “好” 域名能够让人眼前为之一亮，看一眼即明白其意义。一句话，让人过目不忘！域名的 “门牌号” 目的也就达到了。

我个人对域名比较敏感，多少也算有一点儿感受吧，因为2004年以来，我先后也注了十多个域名（现在仅剩仨了：365hope.com、sixianglu.com、speak.org.cn）。虽说现在注册一个 “好” 域名已经不容易，但要搞到一个 “好” 域名，方法也不是没有：

（1）购买 “玉米虫” 的域名。这样你能够直接、快速搞到你最想要的域名，但前提是你得舍得足够的银子，因为在某种程度上你这是 “虎口夺食”，人家不宰你宰谁？

（2）抢注掉下来的域名。每天都会有过期未续费而自动掉下来的域名，其中甚至还有极品域名。最好的办法是，出钱让专业人士为你第一时间抢注。当然，你自己要破费一点了。

（3）自己动手搞域名。伟大领袖毛主席教导我们：自己动手，丰衣足食。在这个 DIY 时代，自己动手搞域名是最佳之选（急于商业使用除外）。我们大多数独立博客基本都是自己搞的，这样既可以随心所欲注册个性十足的域名，也能大大降低花费。方法大致有两种：

第一种，地毯式排查法。搬着国内比较权威的英汉大词典，逐一排查每个英文单词/组合词。这种作战方法不可谓不悲壮！非常显然，这是劳动强度很大的工作，非一般人时间和精力所能胜任，除了那些专业的 “玉米虫”。

第二种，顺其自然法。时刻对英文保持一种敏感性，随时出兵战斗。即，在阅读英文文章时、在观看英文电影字幕时、在听讲英文课堂时……随时对某个英文单词及其组合作出一定反映，一旦发现有一丝光亮，即可上网检索。这是我个人最极力建议的方法，此招数竟然收效很大。迄至今日，我已经发现若干 “好” 域名闲置在外，尚未有人注册——而且都是英文单词组合域名（只可惜我个人不是 “玉米虫”，不想在域名上投入太大，故而尚未抢注）。

如何搞好域名，要视不同需要而定。如果是商业用途，勿太在惜金钱，该出手时就出手。如是个人自娱自乐写博客，还是要自己动手搞域名；要善于开动大脑，好运不请自然来 ^_^

好域名要把握好时机，尤其是要关注当前热点，还要有预见性，这些我都没有，所以只好用现在的垃圾米。。。

短并且有意义的域名确实很好，但是长的域名也不见得坏。

专业人士都是用机器每天24小时不停扫描，一有好的域名过期就马上抢注下来，哪轮得到我们。
互联网发展初期，有个在美国的中国留学生就靠这个办法，抢注了海量的过期域名，然后在上面放广告，成了百万富翁。这人已经是全世界域名注册界的传奇。
